Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process before shipment. During busy periods, processing times may vary.

Delivery Estimates

All our products are imported. Our logistics cover Asia and North America, and the manufacturer may ship directly to your home. In special cases, we may also ship directly from the USA.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

We want to assure our customers that we do not share any personal information with these offices, except for the recipient's name, local address, and tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
