Refund and Return Policy

Custom Orders
All He Calling Us products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer orders the wrong size/color or provides incorrect shipping details. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct information is provided when placing an order.

Exceptions and Refunds


We accept refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or Defective Product: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a refund within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order ID/tracking number and clear photos/videos of the issue to our customer service at hecalling@proton.me After verification, we will apply the appropriate after-sales policy.

  • Refund requests once the order has shipped, unless it involves defective or incorrect items.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval, although processing times by banks or credit card companies may vary.
